Downtown Lexington is only a short walk from all three Party Hous'es.  Lexington's vibrant nightlife, restaurants, attractions, parks, and events are all centered in the downtown area.  Rupp Arena, Triangle Park, the City Center, Lexington Opera House, LexLive, and the Distillery District are all downtown.  Downtown Lexington is a safe community with historic architecture mixed with modern buildings and amenities.  Town Branch Trail is a long walking trail that centers in downtown, and makes its way to the Town Branch Park.
